Please arrive at the New Forest Christian Camp site between 3pm – 4pm on Saturday 2nd August. We will have members of our team stationed along the route from the Equestrian Centre to give you directions & explain where you need to park to drop off your children.

On arrival you will be given a place to park whilst you unpack luggage. Once on site, you will be directed to our welcome station where your child will be allocated their tent.

If your child has brought any medication this should be handed in to the leaders at the welcome station so that it can be kept securely and administered as instructed on the registration form.

The children will also be asked to hand over any electronic devices and money they have brought to camp. This will be placed in our ‘Camp Bank’ to ensure they remain safe throughout the week. The children will have the opportunity to take these items out of the ‘Camp Bank’ to use on our trip to the local town on Tuesday and then return them to us to look after for the rest of the week. The money can also be used throughout the week to spend in the camp tuck shop.
